As a globally distributed team we are grateful for the value that asynchronous work brings to organizations such as ours. That said, we believe that the types of connections that are made during moments of synchronous collaboration are irreplicable and part of our culture.
To that end we hold regular individual team retreats throughout the year, and one annual all-team retreat. These events consist of a combination of strategic planning & goal-setting, technical or professional development workshops, hack-a-thons, and team building opportunities.

In February 2023, we hosted our first annual All-Team Retreat in Costa Rica. Team members from all over the globe gathered together for a week of learning, hack-a-thons, and team building.
