Working Hours and Time

Standardizing Time

Due to our distributed nature we avoid using any region-specific time zones (e.g. “Pacific Time / PST”) and default to UTC time as our standard practice. When communicating across the organization, please ensure you are doing so in UTC time. If you are unsure of your UTC timezone you can find it through a quick Google search.

If you live in the Eastern Time Zone you are UTC-4.

Working Hours

As a high-growth, high-trust startup we give our team autonomy over their working hours and schedule. The responsibility that comes with that autonomy is to work as much as you need to in order to get your work done while maintaining quality self care and rest.

Time is Time

There is no concept of "over time" or "regular time;” we don't track time. We trust our team to get their work done in a responsible and efficient manner.
