💡 While we try to minimize the number of meetings we ask our team to attend, there are times when it is important for us to connect and we’ve outlined those meetings below.

Standard Practices
All meetings at Subspace Labs have a few specific requirements in order to ensure we’re actively making the best use of our teams’ time.
- All meetings should have an agenda that is prepared and sent out ahead of time for review.
- All meetings should have an assigned Facilitator whose role is to ensure the meeting runs on time, conversations remain relevant to the discussion, and action items are clearly documented.
- All notes are documented somewhere that can be referenced each week/month.
