Standard Practices

All meetings at Subspace Labs have a few specific requirements in order to ensure we’re actively making the best use of our teams’ time.

  1. All meetings should have an agenda that is prepared and sent out ahead of time for review.
  2. All meetings should have an assigned Facilitator whose role is to ensure the meeting runs on time, conversations remain relevant to the discussion, and action items are clearly documented.
  3. All notes are documented somewhere that can be referenced each week/month.

All Hands

Purpose: The All Hands is Org-wide meeting where teams, leads and other relevant stakeholders gather together in virtual reality.

Attendees: Everyone at Subspace Labs

Frequency: Bi-Weekly [A Week and B Week]

Facilitator: Ebony

Structure: 1.5 hours
